HMMM, I haven’t posted snacks on here in a while. But I am here to update you on how I go about my day with snacks. Snacks are just as important as meals simply because they help you get through to your next meal. If you may find yourself indulging in one meal so much it is because your body is probably almost in starvation mode if you haven’t ate since your last meal.
You know you have a long day ahead of you, but you only start your day off at 7:15am with Multigrain Cheerios with Almond Milk, knowing your lunch hour will be between 12pm and 12:30pm. There literally has to be a snack somewhere in between that time!!! One because a bowl of cereal is not that high in nutritional value so more than likely it will not hold you over until lunch time. For me this is true. My snack time is usually exactly at 10am. But you may want your snack to be a heavier snack so it can last you until lunch. An example snack could be a large banana and almond butter or a rice cake with yogurt and fruit on top! YUM!! SEE PICTURE BELOW!
