HEY beautiful people!

I just did this quick recipe today and I decided to make a quick video, maybe its something you can run to the store and make tomorrow! I always get a sweet tooth like right after lunch for some reason, its ridiculous. I used to eat the Trader Joe chocolate bars but I needed something new. Every week now I am deciding to make a sweet treat but made with quality ingredients and can still be apart of your health and wellness goals. I found this recipe on youtube! Check it out 🙂



Sweet Treats for the Week with QUALITY ingredients! Simple ingredients=simple steps!
-2 ripe bananas
-1 1/2 Quick Minute Oats
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp maple syrup
-1/4 cup mini morsel chocolate chips
-1/4 cup cranberries
  1. Mash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl to a consistency that’s mashed but not too soggy.
  2. Add in the oats, cinnamon, syrup, chocolate chips, and cranberries.
  3. Mix altogether using a fork. You should get a doughy gooey consistency
  4. Form small cookie sizes on a non stick pan and/or parchment paper. I used a non stick spray too. They do not spread in the oven they come out true to size
  5. Preheat to 350 degrees and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Put in a airtight container and store in refrigerator for 5-7 days. I ended up making 12 of these.
  7. Warm up upon eating and enjoy!
